摘要
按1∶23的几何尺寸比例对生产用艾萨炉喷枪进行试验,得到渣层纵向高度、横向厚度变化以及进出水温度等数据,同时还对渣层稳态热传导过程进行了热平衡计算。结果表明,渣层纵向高度h与喷枪外壁温度t的关系为:367.668t+1972828.44=exp(20.196918-45.798h)。按照该式计算的渣层最顶端处喷枪外壁温度为912℃,与实际测得的908℃相符合,证明了艾萨炉喷枪渣层的热平衡计算是正确和合理的。
The spray gun for ISA furnace was tested in accordance with 1 : 23 real size scale. The datas of vertical height and horizontal thickness of slag, as well as the water temperature in and out were obtained. Meanwhile, the heat balance for steady-state heat conduction process of the slag was calculated. The re-sults show that the relationship between vertical height (h) of slag layer and the outer wall temperature (t) of the spray gun is 367. 668t+1972828.44 = exp(20. 196918--45. 798h). According to this formula, the temperature of spray gun outer wall at the top of the slag layer is 912 ℃, which is correspond with the ac-tual measurement of 908 ℃. The heat balance calculation is proved to be correct and reasonable.
