摘要
研究了苄叉二氯和丙酸在Lewis酸催化下反应生成苯甲醛和酰氯的工艺;0.8 mol丙酸和0.8 mol苄叉二氯在0.4 g的ZnO/SnCl_2存在下,于120~140℃反应2~3h,生成物用蒸馏的方法纯化得到苯甲醛和丙酰氯,收率>90%,纯度>98%。
The catalytic processes were provide for simultaneous preparation of benzaldehyde and propionylchloride in the presence of ZnO/SnCl2. The reaction of 0.8 mol benzalchloride and 0.8 mol propanoic acid was carried out at 120-140℃ for 3 h to produce the mixture, then distilled to obtain benzaldehyde and propionylchloride with yield>90% and purity>98%.
