Benzil Preparation by Oxidizing Benzoin with Iron Sulfate under Microwave Radiation

微波辐射下以硫酸铁为氧化剂,对苯偶姻氧化合成苯偶酰的反应进行研究。考察了影响反应的因素,得出了其最佳的反应条件为:20mL乙酸溶液(1∶1 V/V),240W微波辐射10min,产率达93.3%。

Benzil was synthesised by oxidizing benzoin with iron sulfate as the oxidant under microwave radiation.The effects of various factors on the reaction were studied.The optimal reaction conditions are： 20mL acetic acid solution（1∶1 V/V）,240W microwave radiation,and reaction time,of 10min.Under the optimal conditions,the yield is above 93.3%.
