循经痛点按压结合充血疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎80例临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observations from 80 Cases of Lateral Epicondylitis of Humerus:Combining Algetic Meridian Points Pressure with Hyperaemia Therapeutics

目的:观察循经痛点按压结合充血疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的160例肱骨外上髁炎患者按照就诊时间随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例,均采用推拿进行治疗。两组患者在性别、年龄、病情等方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组采用循经痛点按压法结合充血疗法进行治疗,对照组采用常规手法进行治疗。治疗3个疗程后参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后两组患者病情均有明显好转,治疗组80例患者中总有效率95%,对照组80例患者中总有效率78.8%,经统计学处理χ2=6.23,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:利用循经痛点按压结合充血疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎优于常规推拿手法,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of combining algetie meridian points pressure with hyperaemia therapeutics to treat lateral epieondylitis of humerus. Methods： Based on time sequence, 160 patients with typical syndromes were randomly di- vided into two groups （treatment group containing 80 patients and control group containing 80 patients）. Two groups of patients had no significant differences in gender, age and state of illness （ P〉0. 05 ）. Different massage therapeutics were applied to the two groups, combining algetie meridian points pressure with hyperaemia therapeutics was applied to the treatment, and routine treatment to the control group. After three courses of the above medical treatment, two groups were assessed under the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Standards by the Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results： The conditions of most patients in two groups had been signifieantly improved. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% andthat of the control group was 78. 8%. The Statistical calculation revealed x2= 6. 23, demonstrating statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The method of eombining algetie meridian points pressure with hyperaemia therapeutics is more effective than routine massage methods in treating lateral epieondylitis of humerus. It＇s worth popularizing clinically.
