On Student Volunteer Team Building in Private Colleges and Universities

大学生志愿服务工作是实现高校育人功能的有效途径,民办高校在创新思想政治教育工作方面落后于公办大学,但在大学生志愿服务工作领域与公办大学处于同一起跑线上。文章通过对民办高校大学生志愿者队伍建设的研究,突出大学生志愿服务工作对于加强和改进民办高校思想政治教育工作的重要性。

Student volunteer service is an effective way of realizing educational function in private colleges and universities.Although the backward political education in public colleges and universities,in the field of college student volunteer work,it is in the same starting line with public colleges and universities.This paper mainly focuses on the study of private college student volunteer team building,and emphasizes the importance of volunteer work for the strengthening and improving ideological and political education work in private colleges and universities.
