从实践探索的角度,就目前电力企业工程项目管理中的各种难点和漏洞,提出了建立工程项目管理信息系统,以解决上述问题,并在系统上线运行后采取相关举措来提高系统实用化程度。

In this paper, from a variety of practical difficulty and flaw in the electric power enterprise engineering project management, the establishment of engineering project management information system is proposed to solve these problems, and after the system running on the line , taking relevant measures to improve practical application in the system .
