Thinking on Information Platform Development for Talents Management of Agricultural Science and Technology in Hunan Province

分析了湖南省农业科技人才的现状,指出了农业科技人才管理信息平台开发的意义与思路,提出了农业科技人才队伍建设要坚持政府主导、统筹兼顾、因地制宜、服务发展的基本原则,通过构建农业科技人才管理信息平台,建设有利于农业科技人才辈出的良好环境,提高农业科技人才队伍的整体素质,建立发挥农业科技人才作用的激励机制,为农业科技人才发挥作用创造条件。

In this article the current status of agricultural science and technology talents in Hunan Province was analyzed, and the significance and ideas of information platform development for talents management of agricultural science and technology were pointed out. The basic principles of agricuhural science and technology talents development were put forward, which should be adhered to government-led, overall planning, local conditions and service development. By building the information platform for talents management of agricultural science and technology, a favorable environment could be created for agricultural science and technology talents, and the overall quality of the agricultural scientific and technical personnel could an be improved, as an incentive mechanism of agricultural science and technology talents estabhshed, which created the conditions for agricultural science and technology talent to play a role.
