摘要
通过建立农业信息数据库系统,整合农口各类信息资源,进行数据统一化、数据标准化、数据规范化,充分利用现代技术手段,建设和完善信息基础设施,搭建网络平台,从而提高地方政府决策能力和效率,推动产业结构优化升级,提升国民经济整体素质和产业竞争力,服务国计民生。并利用Internet与全国农业信息部门共享、与国际接轨,实现农业信息资源交流及其管理,提高信息共享和综合利用水平。
through the establishment of agricultural information database system, integration of agricultural information resources, data standardization, and making full use of modem technology, the information infrastructure was built and perfected, and the network platform was constructed, thereby for improving the local government decision-making ability and efficiency, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the overaU national economy quality and competitiveness, and beneficial to national economy and the people＇s livelihood. By the use of Internet to realize the sharing of countrywide agriculture information departments, in line with international standards, the agriculture information resource exchange and management were realized to improve the information sharing and comprehensive utilization level.
