摘要
对磷石膏循环流化床 (CFB)预分解系统的理想模型进行了全面的热力学分析。结果表明 ,系统在理想的运行条件下能达到的理论热耗水平为 540 0~ 60 0 0kJ/kg熟料 ,其中分解炉热耗占 90 %以上 ,分解炉炉气 φ (SO2 )约 1 2 %。
Comprehensive thermodynamical analysis of the ideal model of preliminary decomposition of phosphogypsum in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is carried out The results showed that under the ideal operation conditions, theoretical heat requirement of the system amounts to 5?400~6?000?kJ/kg clinker,of which over 90% is for decomposing furnace The gas from the furnace contains about 12% SO 2。 〔
