质性研究视角下的大学生心理健康状况调查

Investigation on Mental Health Status of University Student in the Perspective of Qualitative Research

目的了解我国大学生目前常遇的心理困惑及其解决方法,为今后改善大学生心理困惑求助方式提供依据。方法本文通过质性研究的方法,选取10名同学做有关大学生心理健康的访谈调查。结果大学生的主要心理困惑来自学校、家庭、自身和社会4个方面,大学生在遭遇到心理困惑时,倾向采用向朋友、恋人及家人寻求心理帮助,而寻求专业心理帮助的方式排在最后。结论大学生出现心理困惑时利用专业的心理帮助可更有效地解决自身心理问题。

Objective To have a knowledge about the present psychological perplexity encountered by university students and its solutions so as to provide foundation for improving help-seeking pattern of psychological perplexity for university students.Method With the method of qualitative research in this paper,10 students were chosen to be interviewed and investigated on mental health of university students.Results The main psychological perplexity for university students originated from school,family,students themselves and the society;when came across psychological perplexity,university students were inclined to seek psychological help from their friends,lovers and family members while seeking professional psychological help was always the last solution.Conclusion When university students encounter psychological perplexity,seeking professional psychological help is more efficient in solving their psychological problems.
