某高校临床和检验专业学生心理健康状况调查

Study of Psychological Health Status in Students Specialized in Clinic and Clinical Laboratory Science in a Certain University

目的了解临床、检验专业大学生心理健康状况。方法采用王征宇等翻译的症状自评量表,对云南省某高校431名在校临床、检验专业大学生进行调查。结果感觉有症状,其程度为中到严重的仅占调查总人数的1.39%;与大学生常模相比,各因子差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01)。个人基本情况包括性别、是否独生子女、家庭所在地、成长环境等因素在某些得分因子上存在差异(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论该高校临床和检验专业学生的心理健康状况较好。

Objective To have a knowledge about the psychological health status of university students specialized in clinic and clinical laboratory science.Method The symptom checklist translated by Wang Zhengyu etc.was used to make a survey on 431 undergraduate students from majors of clinic and clinical laboratory science in a certain university in Yunnan province.Results Students who had a symptom and with a moderate and severe symptom were only 1.39% of the total students;Compared those in the norm of university students,differences in each factor were statistically significant（p0.01）.Basic personal information including factors such as gender,being only-child or not,location of registered residence and growing environment etc.was significantly different in some scored factors（p0.05 or p0.01）.Conclusion The psychological health status of students specialized in clinic and clinical laboratory science in this college is in a good situation.
