某高校学生近8年来结核病发病情况分析

Analysis of the Incidence of Tuberculosis among Students in a Certain University over Recent 8 Years

目的了解大学生结核病发病情况,为进一步做好高校学生结核病管理及防治工作提供依据。方法通过X线检查对东北林业大学在校大学生进行结核病筛查,并采用痰涂片抗酸杆菌检查确诊,对2003-2010年该校大学生结核病发病情况进行统计分析。结果该校学生近8年来共发生结核病173例,2008年结核病发病率最高达1.41‰,2010年最低为0.74‰;结核病中肺结核比例最高达54.9%,其次为结核性胸膜炎(34.68%),其他部位结核发病率较低;入校新生、大一及大四学生发病率较高。结论应根据不同年级学生特点,有针对性地做好结核病尤其是肺结核的防治工作。

purpose To have a knowledge about the incidence of tuberculosis among university students to provide reference for further managing,preventing and controlling tuberculosis among university students.Method University students in northeast forestry university were screened for the tuberculosis with X-ray examination,and acid-fast bacilli was used to check diagnose and the incidence of tuberculosis from 2003 to 2010 among students in this university were analyzed.Results The total incidences of tuberculosis were 173 in this university over the recent 8 years,the highest incidence rate of tuberculosis was in 2008（1.41‰）,the lowest incidence rate of tuberculosis was in 2010（0.74‰）;Among the incident tuberculosis,the incidence rate of tuberculosis of lungs was as high as 54.9%,followed by the tuberculous pleurisy with an incidence rate of 34.68%,incidence rate of tuberculosis in other parts was lower;The newly-registered,freshman and senior students had a higher incidence rate.Conclusion The prevention and control of tuberculosis,especially the tuberculosis of lungs should be carried out according to the characteristics of students from different grades.
