摘要 目的探讨大学生就业压力及其与人格特征的关系。方法研究采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版与大学生就业压力问卷对197名西南大学学生进行测试。结果大四学生的就业压力大于其他3个年级(p<0.01),大一、大二和大三学生的就业压力差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);女生就业压力大于男生,文科学生就业压力大于理工科学生,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01);外向性(E)和精神质(P)得分与就业压力呈正相关,均有统计学意义(p<0.05),而神经质(N)得分与就业压力呈负相关但无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论随着年级的增加,大学生的就业压力随之增大,女生的就业压力大于男生,文科学生的就业压力大于理工科学生。外向性(E)和精神质(P)与就业压力存在正相关。 Objective To probe into the employment pressure of university students and its relation to personality traits.Method 197 students in Southwest University were tested with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised,Short Scale for Chinese(EPQ-RSC) and Employment Pressure Questionnaire for College Students.Results The employment pressure of senior students was heavier than that of students from the other three grades(p0.01),and there was no statistically significant difference(p0.05) in employment pressure of freshmen,sophomores and junior students;female students had heavier employment pressure than male students and the employment pressure of liberal arts students was greater than that of science and engineering students,the differences were statistically significant(p0.01);Scores on extraversion(E) and psychoticism(P) were positively correlated with employment pressure and were statistically significant(p0.05),while score on neuroticism(N) was negatively correlated with employment pressure but there was no statistical significance(p0.05).Conclusion The employment pressure of university students increases as their grade proceeds.The employment pressure of female students is heavier than that of male students and liberal arts students have greater employment pressure than science and engineering students.Extraversion(E) and psychoticism(P) are positively correlated with employment pressure.
