某专科学校女护生血糖、贫血状况调查分析

Analysis of Status of Glucose and Anemia among Female Nursing Students in a Certain College

目的通过检测专科女护生空腹血糖和血红蛋白含量,了解女护生的健康状态,为高校开展营养知识和健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取某医学专科学校女护生782名进行血糖和血常规检查。结果女护生低血糖的检出率为27.2%;血红蛋白平均水平为(132±25)g/L,贫血率为27.0%;低血糖者的小细胞低色素贫血和小细胞非均一性贫血的检出率高于正常血糖者,而正常细胞性贫血和正常细胞非均一性贫血的检出率低于正常血糖者,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论女护生健康状况较差,应通过多种途径加强营养知识和健康教育。

Objective To have a knowledge about the health status of female nursing students through detecting their contents of fasting plasma glucose and hemoglobin in a college to provide reference for the college to promote knowledge on nutrition and health education.Method With the method of random sampling,800 female nursing students in a certain medical college were chosen to make a test of their glucose and blood routine examination.Results The detection rate of hypoglycemia for female nursing students was 27.2%;the average level of hemoglobin was（132±25）g/L,and the anaemia rate was 27.0%;the detection rate of microcytic hypochromic anemia and microcytic non-homogeneity anemia for students with hypoglycemia was higher than those with normal glucose,while the detection rate of normal cell homogeneity anemia and normal cell non-homogeneity anemia was lower than those with normal glucose,and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05 or p0.01）.Conclusion The female nursing students have a rather bad health,and the education on nutrition and health should be strengthened through various means.
