摘要
目前慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期应用的药物包括支气管扩张药、肾上腺皮质激素及复合制剂、免疫调节剂、中药,本文作者结合文献分析了上述药物的作用机制,并提出COPD稳定期合理应用药物治疗可减少急性发作次数,改善症状,提高患者生活质量。
At present,drugs used in the stationary phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease include bronchodilator,adrenal cortical hormone and its compound preparation,immunomodulator and Chinese medicine.The author of this paper analyzed the action mechanism of above-mentioned drugs with the help of literatures,and proposed that proper and regular use of medication in the COPD stationary phase can reduce acute exacerbation,improve symptoms and improve life quality of the patients.
