高校校医院发展的环境变化与对策

Environment Change in the Development of Campus Hospital in University and its Strategy

随着我国医疗改革不断深化和高等教育快速发展,高校医院的发展环境也在悄然发生着转变。本文就当前高校医院发展的环境改变进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策:高校校医院只有发展、维护好现有的保障基本医疗、疾病防控、健康教育的运行模式,尽快建立起与国家医疗改革同步发展的高校医疗体系,才能得到可持续健康发展。

As the national medical reform deepens continuously and the higher education develops quickly,the development environment of hospital in university undergoes quiet changes.This paper analyzed the current environment changes in the development of university hospital and set forth related strategies： campus hospital in university can keep a sustainable and healthy development only by developing and maintaining the existing operational pattern in guaranteeing basic medical service,preventing and controlling diseases,promoting health education and by establishing university medical system in synchronization with the national medical reform as quick as possible.
