摘要
随着高校招生规模的逐年扩大,高等教育在跨越发展的同时,也出现了一些不可忽视的管理问题。从行为科学激励理论的视角,分析探讨激发高校教职工工作积极性和创造性的手段和措施,有助于提升高校自身的创造力、竞争力和影响力,推动高校健康发展。
With the expansion of university enrollment year by year, higher learning education develops rapidly, but during the development, there are also some problems in management that cannot be ignored. From the angle of behavior science incentive theory, this paper discusses the measures to stimulate the initiative and creativity of college teaching and administrative staff. Such a discussion is of help for the improvement of the creativity, competitiveness and influence of colleges and universities, and it can also help them to develop in a healthy way.
