贵州在校大学生自立人格特点研究

Study on Characteristics of Self-Supporting Personality of College Students in Guizhou

目的探讨大学生自立人格的特点及其各维度之间的差异和原因,为教育与教学工作者提供心理学依据和参考。方法采用"青少年学生自立人格量表"对447名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果大学生在人际独立、人际灵活、个人责任及个人独立因子上性别差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);在人际责任、人际开放、人际灵活以及个人独立因子上年级差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);在人际开放、人际灵活、个人主动及个人独立因子上学科类型差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论大学生的自立人格在不同年级、不同性别、不同学科类型中存在差异,故在高校教育中应针对大学生的不同自立人格特点开展教学工作。

Objective To probe into the characteristics of self-supporting personality of college students and the differences between dimensions and the causes so as to provide psychological basis and reference for educational and teaching workers.Method 447 college students were surveyed with ＂Self-supporting Personality Scale for Adolescent Students＂ and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Differences in factors such as interpersonal independence,interpersonal flexibility,personal responsibility,personal independence among college students between different sexes were statistically significant（p0.05）;differences in factors such as interpersonal responsibility,interpersonal opening,interpersonal flexibility and personal independence between different grades were statistically significant（p0.05）;differences in factors such as interpersonal opening,interpersonal flexibility,personal initiative and personal independence between different majors were statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion The self-supporting personality of college students varies by grade,sex and major,so teaching work in colleges and universities should be carried out in accordance with the self-supporting personality of college students.
