Objective To probe into the characteristics of the cervical malignant lesions among women of childbearing age and evaluate the development trend of cervical lesions among the female so as to explore effective preventive measures.Method Data of patients who had TCT screening in the gynecology outpatient department of our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were collected. The qualified samples of cervical cell from a total of 5 860 females were screened with TCT and pathological diagnosis by biopsy was made for the positive results. Results A total of 138 cervical cell samples were screened as abnormal from the 5 860 samples, among which there were 120 cases of ASC/AGC with a detection rate of 2.05%;8 cases of LSIL with a detection rate of 0.14%;6 cases of HSIL with a detection rate of 0.10%;4 cases of SCC/AC with a detection rate of 0.07%;there were 2 cases in the group under 20 years old and 37 cases in the group between 20 and 30 years old.The pathologic biopsy made a definite diagnosis of 131 cases, which accounted for 94.93% of the TCT positives, including 47 cases of CINⅠwith a detection rate of 0.8%;49 cases of CINⅡwith a detection rate of 0.84%;38 cases of CIN Ⅲ with a detection rate of 0.65% as well as 4 cases of squamous carcinoma /adenocarcinoma with a detection rate of 0.07%.Conclusion The detection rate of the cervical lesions is relatively high among women of childbearing age, which presents a youth-oriented tendency, and the TCT screening is crucial to find out precancerous lesions and prevent and cure the cervical carcinoma.
