摘要
西南石油大学校医院是四川省高校中最先达标的一甲校医院,医院在管理方面做出了许多新的尝试,走在了同行的前列。特别是通过对编外合同制人员的管理创新举措的实施,如规范招聘和管理、建立激励机制、健全职称评聘制度,完善各项社会保险,突破在编与编外的身份限制等措施,使医院编外合同制专业技术人员职工队伍的稳定性得到了提高,人员知识结构、人才结构也更趋合理,医院得到了稳步、和谐的发展,社会效益和经济效益都上了一个新的台阶。
The southwest petroleum university hospital is the first qualified One-A hospital among university hospitals in sichuan province.It is leading the way in making new management efforts,especially in implementing management innovations on contract professional technicians,for example,regulating recruitment and management,establishing motivate mechanism,completing professional title appraisal system and various social insurance and breaking through restrictions of permanent staff and contract personnel.These measures improve the stability of contract professional technicians in this hospital,make knowledge structure and talent structure of the staff more proper,and enable the hospital to have a steady and harmonious development and lead its social benefit and economic profit to a new stage.
