静电疗法对高血压病的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Electrostatic Therapy in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨负电治疗仪对高血压病的临床疗效。方法采用双盲、随机、对照试验设计,选取高血压病患者60例,分为试验组和对照组,试验组用重庆新大地电子有限公司生产的负电位治疗仪进行静电治疗,对照组采取安慰治疗,治疗时间3个月。结果各疗程中试验组有效率均为100.00%,高于对照组的3.23%,试验组第2、3疗程的显效率低于第1疗程,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.01)。试验组在第2、3疗程全部患者均减少降压药用量,而对照组均未能减量。结论负电位治疗仪能辅助高血压病的治疗。

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of negativepotential therapeutic apparatus in the treat ment of hypertension. Method The double blind, randomized and controlled trial was conducted, and 60 cases of patients with hypertension were chosen and divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group received electrostatic therapies with the negativepotential therapeutic apparatus manu factured by Chongqing New Earth Electronics Co. , Ltd. while patients in the control group received placebo treatments, and treatments in both groups lasted for three months. Results In each course of treatment, ef fective rate in the experimental group was 100. 00%, which was higher than that of 3. 23% in the control group. In the experimental group, the obvious effective rate in the second and third course of treatment was lower than that in the first course of treatment and the differences were statistically significant （p〈0.01）. All patients of the experimental group reduced the dosage of hypotensors during the second and third course of treatment while the dosage for those in the control group was not reduced. Conclusion Negativepotential therapeutic apparatus can assist in the treatment of hypertension.
