门诊病人抗菌药物不合理应用分析

Analysis of Unreasonable Application of Antibacterial Drug in Out-Patients

目的了解高校医院门诊病人抗菌药物使用情况,分析存在的问题,促进安全、合理用药。方法随机抽取2010年1-12月西安交通大学医院门诊处方5 488张,进行抗菌药物临床应用情况分析。结果抗菌药物处方1 706张,占所有抽查处方的31.09%;在使用抗菌药物处方中,仅用1种抗菌药物者占82.59%,二联处方占15.30%,三联处方占2.11%。不合理抗菌药物处方占32.30%。结论门诊抗菌物使用基本合理,但在使用方法、剂量、配伍等方面均存在不合理现象。

Objective To have knowledge about the usage of antibacterial drugs in out-patients of the hospital and analyze the existing problems so as to promote safe and rational drug use.Method 5 488 outpatient prescriptions of our hospital from January to December 2010 were chosen randomly and the clinical application of antibacterial drugs was analyzed.Results There were 1 706 prescriptions of antibacterial drug accounting for 31.09% of the chosen prescriptions;among the prescriptions using antibacterial drug,ones using only one kind of antibacterial drug accounted for 82.59%,ones using two kinds of antibacterial drugs accounted for 15.30%,ones using three kinds of antibacterial drugs accounted for 2.11%.And prescriptions of irrational antibacterial drug accounted for 32.30%.Conclusion The outpatient has a basically rational use of antibacterial drugs,but there exist irrational phenomena in aspects such as application method,dosage,compatibility of medicines and the like.
