臭氧灌洗治疗细菌性阴道病50例疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Ozone Lavage in Treating Fifty Cases of Patients with Bacterial Vaginosis

目的观察臭氧治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)的临床效果。方法门诊BV患者50例随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,治疗组采用臭氧灌洗加甲硝唑栓治疗,对照组采用单纯阴道内乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊药物治疗。结果实验组总有效率92.0%,对照组总有效率68.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.50,p<0.05)。结论臭氧灌洗治疗BV疗效优于传统阴道给药,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone in treating bacterial vaginosis（BV）.Method 50 cases of patients with BV in the out-patient were divided into experimental group and control group randomly with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group received ozone lavage in combination with metronidazole suppositories,while those in the control group only received medication with live lactobacillus capsule for vagina use.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.0% and that in the control group was 68.0%,and differences between the two groups were statistically significant（χ2=4.50,p0.05）.Conclusion Ozone lavage has better curative effects than traditional drugs for vagina use in treating BV,which is worth promoting.
