大学生结核病防治核心信息健康教育的效果评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解大学生对结核病的知晓情况,评价对大学生实施结核病健康教育的效果。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取某高校210名学生,随机分为结核病健康教育组(以下简称教育组)和对照组。对教育组实施结核病防治核心信息健康教育,再采用自填问卷形式分组调查。结果教育组对结核病防治的6项核心信息知晓率显著提高,平均达到87.67%,而对照组为67.76%,2组差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论对大学生进行结核病健康教育效果显著,操作方便,是学校防控结核病的可行方法。 Objective To have knowledge about the awareness of tuberculosis among university students and evaluate the effect of carrying out health education on tuberculosis for university students.Method With the method of cluster random sampling,210 students from a certain university were selected and divided into group receiving health education on tuberculosis(hereinafter referred to as education group) and control group randomly.Health education on key messages on tuberculosis prevention and treatment was conducted in the education group,and each group was investigated by self-administered questionnaire.Results In the education group,the awareness rate of 6 key messages on tuberculosis prevention and treatment was significantly increased with an average percentage of 87.67% while that in the control group was 67.76%,differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p0.01).Conclusion Carrying out health education on tuberculosis for university students,which has a significant effect and is convenient to implement,is a feasible way to prevent and control tuberculosis in universities.
