摘要
目的探讨健康教育对酒精依赖患者的影响。方法选取2006年1月-2009年10月在聊城第四人民医院住院的酒精依赖患者84例,在药物治疗基础上加强健康教育内容及人性化护理,观察疗效。结果 68例病人在入院后7~8h出现极度酒精欲望,占81.0%,经治疗1w后不适症状逐渐消失,酒精的依赖性降低,体力逐渐恢复;42例病人入院时有幻觉、妄想等精神症状,占50.0%,经治疗后精神症状得到控制;60例病人有食欲下降和营养不良等,占71.4%,经治疗均获改善,未出现继发感染。结论对酒精依赖患者进行健康教育及人性化护理可改变患者的精神症状、戒断反应及不良心理状态与行为,降低了患者的复饮率,提高了患者的生活质量和健康状况。
Objective To probe into the effects of health education on alcohol-dependent patients.Method 84 alcohol-dependent patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2006 to October 2009 were chosen to be treated with enhanced health education and humanistic nursing on the basis of medications and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results 68 patients,accounting for 81.0%,had extreme craving for alcohol 7~8 h after hospital admission,and after 1w of treatment,their uncomfortable symptoms gradually disappeared,alcohol dependence reduced and physical strength gradually restored;42 patients,accounting for 50.0%,had psychiatric symptoms such as hallucination,delusion and the like on admission,and the psychiatric symptoms had been controlled after treatment;60 patients,accounting for 71.4%,had symptoms such as loss of appetite,malnutrition and the like which had been improved after treatment,and there was no secondary infection.Conclusion Implementing health education and humanistic nursing on alcohol-dependent patients can change their psychiatric symptom,abstinent reaction,and negative psychology and behavior,reduce the relapse rate of the patients and improve their quality of life and health conditions.
