体检科护理人员自我安全防护意识与行为调查

Investigation on Self Safety Protection Awareness and Behavior of Nursing Staff in Physical Examination Department

目的了解体检科护理人员自我安全防护意识与行为,为提高体检科护理人员职业安全性提供理论依据。方法选择深圳市宝安区各级医院体检科护理人员60人,采用自行设计问卷调查,内容包括感染预防知识掌握及应用情况。结果护理人员对《医院感染管理规范》标准预防知识的知晓率达63.3%～96.6%,但预防措施与正确执行偏差较大,按规范操作的比例较低;工作年限越长,自我保护意识越强。结论护理人员自我安全防护意识不足,不按标准进行规范操作的问题尤为突出。应严格要求护理人员按照工作流程进行护理,降低体检科护理人员的职业风险,保证医疗安全。

Objective To have knowledge about the self safety protection awareness and behavior of nursing staff in physical examination department so as to provide theoretical basis for improving occupational safety of nursing staff in physical examination department. Method 60 nursing staff in physical examination depart ment of hospital at all levels in Bao＇an District, Shenzhen were chosen and they were surveyed with selfde signed questionnaires, in which the mastering and application of knowledge about infection prevention was in cluded. Results Awareness rate of standard prevention knowledge in regulations for hospital Infection man agement of nursing staff reached 63. 3%-96.6% but there were relatively large errors between preventive measures and proper implementation, and the proportion of operating in accordance with regulations was rela tively lows the longer they worked, the stronger selfprotection awareness they had. Conclusion The nursing staff has insufficient self safety protection awareness, and the most outstanding issue is that they don＇t operate regularly according to standards. Nursing staff should be required to nurse in strict accordance with the work ing process in order to reduce occupational risk of nursing staff in physical examination department and ensure medical safety.
