摘要
利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段 ,对SiO2 CaO H2 O反应保温过程中产物的各种形态进行了研究。认为 :硬硅钙石针状晶体是平衡反应的最终产物 ,在适当的温度、压力下 ,经过一定的反应时间就能生成。而中空二次粒子球的形成则是一个动力学控制过程 ,在整个成球反应过程中 ,石英粉的溶解速度是关键。
Configurations of products formed in SiO 2 CaO H 2O hydrothermal reaction system is studied by XRD, SEM, TEM, etc. The results were as follows: the needle crystal of xonotlite was controlled by reaction temperature, pressure and time.The formation of hollow secondary particles of xonotlite was controlled by kinetics. The dissolution speed of quartz is important in forming hollow secondary particles of xonotlite.
