摘要
研究了低密度聚乙烯 /乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 (LDPE/EVA)共混发泡材料的生产工艺条件及其组成对泡体性能的影响。结果表明 :在 170℃、模压时间为 15min的条件下 ,质量比为 10 0 /3 0的LLDPE/EVA发泡材料冲击回弹性达到 3 9 0 8% ,同时有较低的永久变形 (2 5 % ) ,凝胶率为 75 5 3 % ,泡孔大小均匀 ,性能良好。
The effects of technical condition, the composition and their content on the properties of LDPE/EVA foam were discussed. The results showed that the optimum temperature for foaming the LDPE/EVA(100/30) was 170℃,the optimum time was 15 mintues. The resilience of the fomaing materials had attained to 39.08% while the compression set was kept 25%, the gel content attained to 75.53%, and cellular structure was homogeneous.
