法律基础课案例教学探析

An Analysis of Case Teaching Method in Legal Basis Course

法律基础课是大学生的公共基础必修课程之一,2006年,高等学校思想政治理论课课程改革后,教学方法亦须有相应的改进,案例教学法的运用不失为一种好的选择。案例教学法较之于传统的教学方法有四大优势。在分析探讨《思想道德修养与法律基础》案例教学现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了改进"法律基础"案例教学的四点建议。

Legal basis course is one of the required public course for college students.In 2006,colleges and universities ideological and political theory curriculum reformed,so teaching methods must have a corresponding improvement.The use of case method is a good choice maybe.Compared with traditional teaching methods,case method has four advantages.On the basis of analyzing the status and problems in case method used in ＂Ideological and Moral Cultivation and the Legal Basis ＂,the author gives four advices to improve the＂legal basis＂case teaching.
