摘要
为适应基础教育新课程改革的实验与实施,国家各级教育部门对基础教育在职教师进行了多轮培训,取得了许多成效,但依然存在着不足与问题。为了进一步创新基础教育师资培训模式,更好地给基础教育培养适应新课程实践的合格教师,培训者就应转变培训观念、优化培训内容,关注培训过程、转变培训的策略与实践方式。
To meet the new curriculum reform of elementary education and implementation of experiments,the state department of education at all levels of elementary education have conducted several rounds of training to those in-service teachers.It has made many progresses,but there are still deficiencies and problems.This article proposed changing the concept of training and optimizing the content of training to pay more attention to the training process,the transformation of the training strategy and the practice ways,further innovates the training pattern for the trainers of the elementary education and to raise the qualified teachers who adapt to the new curriculum practices for the elementary education.
