摘要
教师发展教学个性不仅给教学注入新鲜的活力,促进学生个性的发展,也能实现教师的自我价值。在新课程改革的推动下,各种新的教学理论、教学模式和教学方法不断涌现,但在教学实践过程中,教师的教学逐渐模式化、固定化,缺乏自主创造性,教师的教学个性在改革的浪潮中逐渐被淹没。新课程改革呼吁教师教学个性的成长,这不仅需要教师充分发挥主观能动性,也需要学校和社会各界积极关注并提供相应的条件,科学引导教师教学个性的有效生成。
Individual teaching characters not only vitalize the teaching activity, good for de- veloping students' personality, but also help for self-actualization. There are more and more new teaching theory,teaching model,and teaching method under the background of new curric- ulum requirement. However,in practice, teaching methods gradually become ~xed with less in- novation. The individual characters are fading in the reform movement. The new curriculum re- form calls for individuality,which not only needs teachers to realize it in practice willingly but also social supports.
