摘要 合成了含有甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯 (DMAEMA)的四元共聚物乳液 (MBHD乳液 ) ,研究了乳化单体加入方式、聚合温度、非离子和阴离子乳化剂配比和用量及 HEMA和 DMAEMA用量对共聚物乳液的粒径及其分布、粘度和表面张力的影响。间歇聚合过程由于水相成核较多而使所得乳液的粒径较小 ,粒径分布较宽 ,乳液粘度和表面张力较大。官能团单体 HEMA和 DMAEMA用量增大使共聚物乳液的表面张力降低 ,而乳液粘度基本不变 ,但两者对乳液粒径及其分布的影响正好相反。复合乳化剂配比、含量和聚合温度对所得乳液的性能也有重要影响。 The MBHD copolymer latex with hydroxyl methacrylate(HEMA) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) was synthesized. The effect of the polymerization conditions and the recipes on the particle size, particle size distribution, viscosity, and the surface tension of the latex was investigated. The results indicate that the latex prepared by batch polymerization process has a smaller particle size, wider particle size distribution(PSD) because more new particle was formed. It also has a higher viscosity and surface tension. An increase in the content of the HEMA and DMAEMA results in the decrease of the surface tension of the latex but it has little effect on the viscosity of the latex. Raising the amount of the HEMA is beneficial to get a smaller particle size and narrower PSD of the latex while the amount of the DMAEMA has an opposite effect on that of the latex. The ratio of the amount of the non ionic to anionic emulsifier, the content of the emulsifiers and the polymerization temperature also has an influence on the properties of the latex prepared by semi continuous polymerization.
