摘要
合成固含量 6 5 .4%的高固含量 BA/MMA/MAA共聚物乳液。研究了其聚合过程中乳液胶粒粒径、粒子数、粒子形态、电导、流变性及聚合速率等。结果表明 ,随着聚合的进行 ,乳胶粒粒径变大 ,粒子数减少 ,粒度分布变宽 ;体系的粘度呈增大的趋势 ,固含量在 6 0 %左右时 ,体系的粘度忽然变大 ,在单体刚加完时达最大值 ,保温反应过程中粘度变小 ;单体与引发剂同步滴加 ,聚合反应较平稳 ;此聚合属于无规共聚。
Coagulum free 65.4% solid content emulsion of butyl acrylate methyl methyacrylate methyl acrylic acid were polymerized by means of conventional emulsion polymerization. Particle size, number, conductivity, fluidity and polymerization rate of the emulsion during the polymerization process were investigated. It shows that, during the polymerization process, particle size is getting large; particle number is getting fewer and particle sizes distribution is getting wider; emulsion viscosity is getting larger, when the solid content is about 60%, it has a sudden increase, when monomers is just dropped into water completely, it has a maxium. The viscosity has a trifle descent in the process of equal temperature polymerization; Emulsion polymerization go on steadilier as monomers adding rate was equal to that of initiator.
