摘要
以力化学方法制备的 N -羟甲基丙烯酰胺接枝聚丙烯 (PP- g- HMA )作尼龙 6 (PA6 ) /聚丙烯 (PP)共混体系的增容剂 ,将增容尼龙 6 /聚丙烯共混体系与硅灰石复合。研究了复合材料的形态结构、硅灰石用量、偶联剂种类和用量以及增容剂等对复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,PP- g- HMA能提高 PA6 / PP/硅灰石复合材料的力学性能 ,而 KH - 5 5 0和 ON- 330两种偶联剂复配使用则可以显著提高 PP- g- HMA增容 PA6 /硅灰石复合材料的力学性能。
The pan type milling equipment is a mechanochemical reactor specially designed for solid phase stress reaction of polymers. Polypropylene graft N hydroxymethyl acrylamide (PP g HMA) was prepared by using the pan mill type equipment. The PP g HMA obtained acts as an in situ compatibilizer for polyamide 6(PA6)/polypropylene(PP) blends to improve its interfacial behavior and mechanical properties. Furthermore, a filler, wollastonite, was incorporated into the prepared PA6/PP/PP g HMA blends. The relationship between the mechanical property of the composite and wollastonite content, the kind and the amount of coupling agent was investigated. The results show that mechanical properties of PA6/PP/wollastonite composite compatibilized by PP g HMA copolymer were better than that of uncompatibilized system; and PA6/PP/wollastonite composite compatibilized by both PP g HMA copolymer and coupliing agents, KH 550 and ON 330, exhibited much higher mechanical performances and better morphological properties.
