摘要
实践教学是本科小学教育专业人才培养的重要环节,但是目前实践教学在本科小学教育专业教育中仍然是个短板,存在师范性弱化、课堂教学过于封闭及实践教学效果不佳等诸多问题。为了发挥实践教学应有的价值,本科小学教育专业应从人才培养重心下移、突出师范性,改变课堂教学方式,改革教学管理制度等方面增加实践教学的效果。
Practice teaching,an important part for undergraduates majoring in primary education,is still at the starting point.In most cases,the characters of training teachers are not highlighted in class education that is not open enough with less practice programs.In order to help students to benefit from the practice and teaching experience,schools should be fully aware of the main purpose of their training program,and reform the traditional class teaching model with more practice-oriented procedures.
