憋气对大学生运动员脑血流速度的影响研究

摘要 探讨憋气对脑血流速度的影响。方法:在憋气时及其先前的休息期,对20名正常的大学生运动员用经颅多普勒(TCD)监测其左侧大脑中动脉血流速度的变化.结果:憋气早期脑血流速度显著性增加,憋气中期,脑血流速度显著性减小,憋气后期,脑血流速度有所回升,但仍显著低于基线期测定值。结论:憋气可降低脑血流速度和大脑灌注压。 The paper evalnates the influence of expiratory straining on cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV). Methods: Simultaneous left transcranial Doppler(TCD)monitoring of CBFV in the middle cerebral arteries (MCAs)was performed in 20 normal college students during expiratory staining and its preceding rest period. Results: CBFV increased significantly during the early part of expiratory straining, CBFV decreased significantly during the middle part of expiratory straining. CBFV rose quite a bit, but still was below the baseline value during the late part of expiratory straining. Conclusion : Expiratory straining can reduce cerebral blood flow velocity and the cerebral, perfusion pressure.
