摘要 采用文献资料法、测量法与实验法等方法,探讨体育舞蹈练习对女大学生体质的影响。结果表明,通过20周、每周2次90—120 min的体育舞蹈锻炼,女大学生身高虽增长不明显,但体重下降,皮褶厚度减少,尤其是腰腹部变化较为明显,这对女大学生的身体形态的改善有极大促进作用,反应柔韧性的纵向劈腿距离、膝角、前伸距离、坐位体前屈均有较大提高,身体素质除握力外,50m跑、仰卧起坐、立定跳远均有明显提高,肺活量、安静心率、心血管指数的明显变化,促进了生理机能的提高。这些充分说明体育舞蹈锻炼对女大学生的体质有良好影响。 By means of literature consultation, questionnaire and experimentation, the author probed into the effects of sports dance training on constitution and mentality of female college students. The result showed that although the training increased body length indistinctively, the two times of 90 to 120 minute sports dance training per week in twenty weeks could result in the fall of body weight, the decrease of skinfold thickness and the most distinctive changes occurred in the waist and venter, which greatly improved the body shape of the students. The measuring of distance of anteroposterior splits, knee' s angle, forward extending distance and body bending on seat showed that the training enhanced the student' s flexibility. All of the indexes of physical qualities increased, including 50 meter running, situp and standing long jump except for grip strength. The evident changes of vital capacity, resting heart rate and cardiovascular indexes showed that the physiological functions of the student were highly improved. The special demands of sports dance enhanced the students' performance desire and self- confidence, and relaxed the mentality of the dancer's, which indicated that the sports dance training has good effects on the constitutions and mentality of female college students.
