健身气功教育思想探析

摘要 采用文献资料法,依据健身气功与教育相融合的"健身育人"的思想,在国内初次探索了健身气功教育教育思想的内容,并试从健身气功教育思想的价值入手,探索了健身气功教育是健身气功与教育相结合的产物,以求从健身气功教育思想研究健身气功教育、研究健身气功与教育相融合。这对于创建国内健身气功教育的学科体系,传承我国民族传统体育文化,培养高素质的健身气功教育人才,积极推进素质教育,进而提高国民的健康水准具有重要的意义。 This paper describes a method of documentation, accordance with the thought" building up body andeducating mind" combining Health Qigong with education for the first time in domestic the article studies the thought, starting with the study of Health Qigong education, in order to research from the Health Qigong education, and education in the integration of Health Qigong. It has the important significance for constructing domestic Qigong discipline system, communicating Health Qigong culture, cuhirating high quality Health Qigong educators, all - roundly boosting quality education in order to enhance the wholenation' s healthy level and to constructharmonious and comfortably off society.
