摘要
转型期劳方作为日益边缘化的弱势群体,在劳资纠纷中以"据理抗争,量力而行"的行动逻辑,即以非自愿性合作来维持自身的现状,具体表现为守旧、屈从及叛逆等行动策略,其实质是劳方理性选择的结果。通过对安徽劳资纠纷的探讨,劳方的行动逻辑是劳方社会资本弱势、资方资本强势和社会公权力失真共同作用的结果。
During the period of social transformation, as the marginalized vulnerable group, labors always take measures with the action logic of " According to Richard struggle, do what one can " in labor disputes. There are some specific performances of behavior strategy, including the conservative behavior, the yield behavior, the rebellious behavior and the innovation behavior, which is not a voluntary cooperation to maintain their life situation by themselves. The essence of the labor' s action is the result of rational choice by their action situation. Through the discussion of labor disputes in Anhui, this paper shows that the labor' s rational action in labor disputes is the joint action of labor' s weak social capital, the capital' s strong social capital and the distortion of the social public power.
