摘要
目的防止输入性传染病在境内传播。方法口岸查验、实验室检测和快速联控相结合的三位一体口岸传染病防控模式。结果分别从来自泰国的中国籍游客和来自马来西亚的马来西亚籍商务人员中各查获1例输入性登革热病例,成功地阻断了可能造成的输入性登革热境内传播疫情。结论口岸查验、实验室检测和快速联控三位一体是口岸传染病防控的有效模式。
Objective To prevent imported infectious diseases from spreading in the territory. Methods The port inspection, laboratory test, and rapid cooperation control - the ＂whole trinity＂ of prevention and control mode of infectious disease. Results Two imported dengue cases were detected. One is a Chinese tourist from Thailand and the other is a Malaysian businessman from Malaysia, which successfully prevent dengue fever from spreading through the port. Conclusion The port inspection, laboratory test, and rapid cooperation control - the ＂whole trinity＂ of prevention and control mode is an effective mode of prevention and control of infectious diseases at ports.
