河北省中小企业公共技术服务平台建设与发展的路径

A Study on Building and Developing the Public Technology Service Platform of Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises in Hebei Province

"政府支持平台、平台服务企业"正成为支持中小企业技术创新的重要路径。本文通过对河北省中小企业公共技术服务平台建设与发展特点和存在问题的分析,就强化和细化政府在平台建设与发展中的主导作用、进一步推进河北省中小企业公共技术服务平台建设与发展作了初步探索。

＂Government supports platforms that serve enterprises＂ is becoming an important route of supporting technological innovation of SMEs.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in building and developing public technology service platforms of SMEs in Hebei Province,and makes an initial exploratory study on strengthening and specifying government＇s leading role in platform building and development,and further building and developing public technology service platforms of SMEs in Hebei Province.
