On New Thinking and Measures by Analyzing the Shortcomings of Legal Constraints on Power through Ukan Event

权力的滥用导致腐败,可能引发群体事件。乌坎事件就是一个典型的事件。本文运用案例分析与理论剖析相结合的方法,分析了法律对权力制约在立法和监督方面的不足,得出结论,须从立法和执法等几方面来完善我国法律对权力的制约机制。

Ahuse of power leads to corruption and group events.The event of Wukan is typical.This article seeks to explore a new kind of power restriction mechanism.And makes analysis on deficiencies of the legal constraints on power in legislative and supervisory aspects;through the method of combination of Case study and theoretical analysis.Finally;With the conclusion： It is high time that we should improve our law restriction mechanism on power by improving legislation and law enforcement;and so on.
