摘要
飞机是一类高复杂度、可修复的多部件系统,对其准确及时的维修直接关系着飞机飞行运输任务的安全。追溯航空维修方法,已经历了修复性维修、定期维修和视情维修三个阶段。随着视情维修中状态监测与故障诊断技术、故障预测和维修决策等技术和理论的发展,凸显视情维修的有效性和经济性,航空领域先进国家已经确定其为飞机维修的主要方式。同时,关于复杂系统状态监控、基于物理模型的故障预测和维修决策模型优化方法逐渐成为研究焦点。
Aircraft is a high complexity, repairable, multi-component system. Accurate and timely maintenance direct bearing on the safety of flying transport missions. Trace aviation maintenance practices, has experienced corrective maintenance, time based maintenance and condition based maintenance (CBM), in three stages. With the development of CBM condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, failure prediction and maintenance decision-making techniques and theories, highlights the effectiveness and economy of maintenance. Aviation developed countries have identified the CBM as the primary means of aircraft maintenance. Meanwhile, on the complex system condition monitoring, fault prediction based on physical models and methods of maintenance decision model optimization gradually become the researching focuses.
