摘要 所需导航性能(RNP)是目前国际上热门研究和着重发展的航行新技术,通过研究RNP进近在复杂地形机场的应用设计,可以为将其逐步用于东部空域拥挤的机场和区域积累设计经验。依据要求授权的所需导航性能(RNP AR)仪表进近程序设计准则,将航空器的超障保护与RNP值相关联,对西藏拉萨贡嘎机场的最后进近航段进行了设计分析,以减少地面导航台引导盲区对进近的影响。RNP AR进近程序的实施,可使拉萨贡嘎机场具备昼夜、双向的起降能力。 RNP is the new and important navigation technique internationally. We can gather the RNP application experience by researching RNP approach on complicated terrain airports. The paper analyses the design of final approach segment of Lhasa Gonggar Airport by combining the obstacle clearance and RNP values according to the RNP AR approach Design Manual. The implementation of RNP AR enables Lhasa Gonggar Airport to carry out take-off and landing by using two-way runway whole day.
