手机沉迷对大学生移动学习的影响与引导

随着无线网络技术的发展及手机、平板电脑等移动设备的普及,移动学习悄然成为时尚。手机因其随身、智能和小巧等特性被大学生广泛用于移动学习。适度使用手机对大学生的移动学习大有裨益。但是,由于部分大学生的辨别能力和自我控制力双重弱小,当前校园里出现了严重的"手机沉迷"现象。手机沉迷不但影响到大学生移动学习的成效,令移动学习推动者因噎废食,影响移动教育事业的发展;手机沉迷还会对大学生的身心健康、社会适应等产生不良后果。所以,必须对之采取有效引导措施。

With the development of wireless network technology and the rise of mobile devices such as mobile phone and tablet computer, mobile learning become a fashion quietly. Mobile phone with its small, convenient and inexpensive characteristics has been widely used among college students as an important mobile learning tool. If used appropriately, it will be very beneficial to college students . But College students as a special group, their ability of identify and self - control is limited. It is likely to produce ＂mobile addiction＂ psychological and behavior, which will not only impacts mobile learning results, but also results to negative consequences to college student~ physical and mental health and social contact. So we should take effective measures to intervene.
