24%甲·福可湿性粉种衣剂的液相色谱分析 被引量:2

摘要 论述了在同一液相色谱条件下测定 2 4%甲·福可湿性粉种衣剂中的甲霜灵、福美双含量的方法。本方法采用反相色谱柱分离 ,三元混合流动相进行洗脱 ,紫外可变波长检测器进行检测 ,以外标法定量。甲霜灵和福美双的变异系数分别为 0 .41%、1.6 0 % ;回收率分别为 97.92 %~ 10 1.2 5 %和 99.0 3%~ 10 0 .98% ;线性相关系数分别为 0 .9996和 0 .9987。 A method for quantitative analysis by HPLC was introduced in this paper.The results showed that coefficient of variations were 0.41 and 1.60 for metalaxyl and thiram respectively;recoveries were 97.92%~101.25% and 99.03%~100.98%;Linear correlations were 0.9996 and 0.9987 for metalaxyl and thiram respectively.
