植酸酮治疗HPV感染合并CINⅠ期的临床疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨植酸酮妇科清洗装置(商品名:美福康)Ⅱ型对于人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染合并宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ期的作用及疗效分析。方法:将60例HPV感染合并CINⅠ期患者随机分为治疗组(植酸酮Ⅱ型组30例)与对照组(重组人干扰素α2b,即辛复宁组30例)。用药3个疗程后,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率40.00%(P<0.05);治疗组中未转阴患者HPV-DNA病毒载量明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:植酸酮妇科清洗装置Ⅱ型作为一种生物制剂用于治疗HPV高危亚型感染合并CINⅠ期有显著疗效,适于临床推广。
