摘要
主要介绍了阻焊工序静电喷涂隧道炉机的工作原理,通过微观和宏观分析,针对静电喷涂聚油、线路发黄问题提出了一套改善方案,并给出了可以扩展使用的现场管理方法。
This paper mainly introduced the working principle of electrostatic spraying tunnel stove machine in solder mask process,by analysis of micro and macro reasons.By aimubg at the ink gathering,yellow line defect,it puts forward a set of solutions,and gives the scene management method which can be extended to use.
