摘要
从石胆草(Corallodiscus flabellatus(Craib)Burtt)的丙酮提取物中分离得到7个化合物,其中3个黄酮苷:大蓟苷(pectolinarin,1),4-乙酰基-大蓟苷(4-acetyl-pectolinarin,2),蒙花苷(linarin,3);2个苯乙醇苷:3,4-二羟基苯乙醇8-O-β-D-芹糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇8-O-β-D-芹糖基(1→3)-[β-D-葡萄糖基(1→6)]-4-O-咖啡酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5);2个苯乙醇:3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(6)及4-羟基苯乙醇(7).化合物的结构由理化性质、波谱解析得以确定.化合物1-4为首次从石胆草中分离得到.并用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对药材的丙酮提取物进行分析,指认了主要色谱峰,发现石胆草主要含有苯乙醇及其苷类成分,其中化合物5的含量最高.
Seven compounds are isolated from Corallodiscus flabellatus,which include three flavonoid glycosides: pectolinarin(1),-acetyl-pectolinarin(2),linarin(3),two phenylethanoid glycosides: 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol 8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol 8-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→3)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)]-4-O-trans-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(5) and two phenylethanols: 3,4-dihydroxyphethyl ethanol(6),4-hydroxyphethyl ethanol(7).Their structures are elucidated by their physiochemical and spectral data.Compound 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.High pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) is used to analyze the acetone extract of the plant and to identify the main compounds which are phenylethanols and phenylethanoid glycosides.The content of compound 5 is found to be the highest.
