摘要
文中针对战术导弹模型动态气动特性风洞实验对微量滚转力矩测量提出的特殊要求,开展了动态气动特性风洞实验微量滚转力矩测量技术研究,成功地研制了一台五分量高灵敏度高精度微量滚转力矩动导天平,并完成了动导天平的静态校准、风洞实验和性能评估。实验结果表明,天平设计灵敏度合理,抗干扰能力强,实验精度高,满足战术导弹模型动态气动特性风洞实验微量滚转力矩测量要求。
According to special requirements of microscale roll moment measurement of a tactical missile model in wind tunnel for the dynamic aerodynamic characteristics,the research on the microscale roll moment measurement technique of the wind tunnel experience on the dynamic aerodynamic characteristics was conducted.A high-precision wind tunnel balance of the microscale roll damping moment has been developed successfully,and the static calibration of the wind tunnel balance,wind tunnel experiment and performance evaluation were was completed.The results of the experiment indicate that the sensitivity of balance is reasonable,anti-jamming ability is strong and the precision of the experiment is high,so the balance can satisfy the requirements for microscale roll moment measurement of a tactical missile model in wind tunnel on the dynamic aerodynamic characteristics.
